Because of business demand, we are in need of recruiting 01 Facility Officer (Building Management)
+ Work location: AEON MALL Ha Long
+ Working time: 5 days/ week - OFF days are not fixed on weekends, work in shift (shift A: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm & shift C: 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm, Average 05-07 shift C per month)
+ Report to: Team Leader
1. Check the service performance of Aeon Delight Vietnam (Service provider) and suggest quality service improvement and cost-saving (15%);
2. Coordinate with Aeon Delight Vietnam to solve any incidents of tenants regarding equipment, a technical system such as water leaking, broken roller shutter, blackout, etc... (15%);
3. Handle facility and security requests from tenants and contractors (15%);
4. Follow all fit-out works, renovation, events set up in the shopping mall and report the schedule and relevant incidents if any (15%);
5. Introduce operation procedures and regulations of a shopping mall to tenants, suppliers, vendors and follow implementation (10%);
6. Regularly patrol around the shopping mall to ensure all facilities and services provided to customers are in good condition (10%);
7. Summarize facility and security data & make a report as required from Management (10%);
8. Other duties as assigned (10%).
1. Bachelor's or college degree in Construction, Engineering, or related majors;
2. Having 1-2 years of experience in building management, construction, maintenance, or related fields is an advantage;
3. Can use both spoken and written English (Application should be attached with your English resume);
4. Good at Microsoft Office for paperwork process;
5. Have teamwork spirit;
6. Be willing to work in shift.
