Position Objective:
• To maintain the Facility through the implementation of budget optimization, preventative maintenance program and ongoing maintenance, repair for utility system (including machine, etc), infrastructure, Project management (Building, facility renovation, ramp up plan machine's utility system installation, etc) that support the most efficient manufacturing operation possible.
Position Scope:
• Work under direction of Facility Manager to optimize general facility and also low machine breakdown maintenance and to maintain good machine performance. Manage and organize technician to cover facility machines repair and minimize machine breakdown.
Tasks / Responsibilities: (Main Activities)
• To manage all the project management timeline with check point by cooperation with Facility engineer and other related department all year and monitor, warning any potential risk if have for project timeline, connect with other engineer and department to collect any factor which impact Facility project.
• To coordinate with other Facility engineers to monitor department KPI like machine downtime, budget control, climate program, Green Factory.
• To manage the Department budget for both investment activity and operation activity through quarter-by-quarter active monitoring, early warning for budget control to Manager and other engineer if have risk.
• To control inventory and create the strategy for inventory control like master list of spare part and consumable, import/export/ readiness of spare part and consumable, inventory checking, update, etc. Quick report to Manager if any risk relating to spare part of sensitive machine of production may cause to stop all Factory production/ operation.
• To cooperate with TPM program control engineer to plan and implement effective procedures and policies for the Facility to ensure that all equipment, facilities, and utilities are in an acceptable state of repair.
• Has experience/ familiar with Facility systems such as Air conditioning systems, Electrical system.

Purchasing, payment for any work, things related to Facility system which manage.
• Coordinates with vendors, suppliers, and contractors the installation of new equipment or equipment processes.
• Supervises supplier/ contractor in all daily activities of the Facility section to ensure completion of assigned projects that will minimize machine downtime, also general facilities equipment.
• Monitors completion of maintenance projects to ensure that safety and quality standards are met.
• Supports the company vision through active participation. Responsible for identifying problems and finding solutions for same; works to implement changes
• Provides technical knowledge and expertise to solve problems of system which manage.
• Serves as support of any Company Committee.
• Participates in administrative and technical programs such as cost reduction, process improvements, communication, and employee training.
• Always support EMS - Environmental Management System / ISO 14001, 45001 or any related system and maintain the readiness of it.
• Responsible for 5S audit in Facility area.
