• Assist in daily factory operations and production processes.
• Support the quality control team in monitoring product standards.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas for process improvement and automation.
• Document and report on production metrics and performance.
• Engage in safety and compliance training to ensure a safe working environment.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, Automation or Industrial Management
• Average GPA from 3 and above
• No prior experience required; however, any relevant internship experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
