ABOUT THE ROLE
Crossian is a high-growth technology-driven e-commerce business. Behind our success is our people. As a start-up formed in 2020, we have created a fast-paced and dynamic environment, enabling our people to reach a cumulative average growth rate of over 1000% in the last 4 years. Our mission now is to build direct-to-consumer brands and increase customer lifetime value.
We are hiring three Womenswear Fashion Designers to join our product development team:
- Bra Designer (Intimates) x 2
- Bottomwear Designer x 1
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Create design concepts and technical drawings
- Work with technical teams to ensure accurate and timely sample development
- Partner with marketing to communicate key features and product benefits
- Research US womenswear trends, customer needs, and purchase insights to guide design decisions
- Design products that look good and feel right for customers, both visually & functionally
Yêu cầu
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years in Fashion/Technical Design (Experience in intimate design is a plus)
- Strong understanding of fit, function, materials & construction
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator for technical drawings
- Ability to apply market insights & sold data to improve design performance
- Strong visual reasoning, understanding how design influences customer perception
- Good communication and collaboration across product & marketing teams
- Able to adapt quickly and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- English working proficiency

• Total Annual Salary Package: up to $40K / year
• Full salary during probation.
