1. Job Purpose
Achieve individual sales target and align with line Manager to achieve the Commercial Department's target.
2. Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new customers in logistics (freight forwarding, contract logistics, etc.)
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
Develop sales plans and ensure sales targets are achieved
Lead and manage a small sales team (2-4 members)
Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Accounting, etc.) to deliver the best service to clients
Participate in events, exhibitions, and
business development activities
Prepare periodic sales reports
