Install, commission, and start up industrial equipment at customer sites.
Perform electrical wiring verification, PLC/HMI setup, and functional testing.
Troubleshoot electrical, PLC, HMI, automation, communication, servo, VFD, motor, and machine control issues.
Provide onsite and remote technical support for customers.
Support emergency breakdowns, warranty services, preventive maintenance, and machine inspections.
Assist with equipment relocation, retrofits, upgrades, and modification projects.
Perform software backup, restoration, parameter tuning, and system optimization.
Prepare service reports and technical documentation.
Train customers and internal engineers on equipment operation and maintenance.
Work closely with Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, and HQ Engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with company safety and quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement and technical knowledge sharing.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in
Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronics, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Field Service Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Machine Installation, Equipment Commissioning, Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Equipment, Semiconductor Equipment (preferred).
Technical Skills: Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: PLC (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, Omron), HMI, Electrical Control Systems, Servo Systems, VFD, Industrial Networks, Sensors & Machine Automation.
Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, good communication and customer service mindset, ability to work independently and within a team, willingness to learn new technologies, good English communication skills.
Travel Requirement: Willing to travel frequently within Asia and internationally. Able to support emergency customer requests when required.
