About The Job
Execute selected service of standard products such as High-Speed Separator, Decanter and Plate Heat Exchanger. This includes service, installation, testing, repairing, and maintaining as well as condition monitoring and audits on products, modules and systems at customer site.
• Responsible for executing trouble shooting, maintenance and minor repair on standard products at customer site.
• To perform plant audit, inspection and preventive maintenance for main key customer.
• Investigate and resolve technical and process problems on standard products at customer site (mechanical, electrical and system).
• Preparation of the service job to execute/resolve at the shortest possible time.
• Technical support to customer (phone, e-mail and etc) and able to work during weekends and public holiday if required.
• Follow up on actions and promises made to customers.
• Write service and technical report on site and get it signed by customer.
• Implementation of new method or system from Alfa Laval Service Bulletin.
• Capture installed base on site and communicate sales opportunities to sales organization.
• Proactive recommendation to customers for purchase of spares.
• Execute service in our Service Centres if required.
• Report unsafe practice, incidents and work for continuous improvement.

What You Know
• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
• Strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in the relevant field.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in documentation and reporting.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with industry advancements.
• Ability to travel (minimum 80 days/year).
