Carry out assigned tasks and provide direct support to the Manager in the Sales & Acquisition function.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, film materials, presentations, and client/partner communications.
Collect and consolidate information on films (both international and local); review trailers/films and update film profiles.
Track deal progress, contracts, payments, and update related data accordingly.
Draft and prepare contracts and documentation; manage, archive, and update records and systems on a regular basis.
Coordinate and monitor the delivery/receipt of materials, film localization, and post-production processes.
Support monitoring of receivables, update and reconcile figures for accurate reporting.
Conduct market research to collect information on audience trends and competitor activities.
Assist in the preparation of film markets, festivals, and events, and support coordination with partners.
Perform administrative and other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree (preferred majors: Economics, Law, Business Administration, Languages, Communication, or related fields).
Proficiency in English; additional foreign languages are a plus.
Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); basic data analysis skills are an advantage.
Good planning and time management skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Proactive, fast learner, growth-oriented, and willing to take on new challenges.
Open-minded and receptive to feedback.
High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
Ambitious, with a clear interest in developing a career in the film/entertainment industry and long-term commitment.
Passion for films and willingness to watch a wide range of genres (including Horror, Animation, etc.).
Knowledge of both international commercial films and local films is a plus
