Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
At least 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial position, hospitality industry preferred.
Knowledgeable in tax law, Vietnamese accounting standards, proficient in accounting software and PMS.
Leadership skills, financial planning, able to work under high pressure.
Main Responsibilities
Manage and operate the entire Finance & Accounting department.
Prepare financial and management reports periodically for the Board of Directors.
Control cash flow, budget, and operating costs across the system.
Ensure compliance with tax, accounting, and audit regulations.
Develop and improve internal financial control procedures.
