COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are the leading company in manufacturing and design machines for processing sheet metal and flexible system as far back as 1963. Our group of companies has its global presence and extensive coverage worldwide by more than 23 companies in Europe, USA, Asia and others major continents. Due to our business expansion, we like to welcome candidate to join our dedicated team in Ho Chi Minh City operation office.
ROLE SUMMARY
• He/she will be responsible for general administration, accounts, payroll, banking, financial reporting, logistic and inventory tasks that are related to the business operation activities of our affiliate in HCMC.
• He/She will report to designated Regional Office Manager.
JOB SCOPE & RESPONSIBILITIES
• To manage full spectrum accounting and finance activities (i.e. invoicing, payments, banking, payroll, group management reporting, forecast & budget, tax submission & payment)
• To manage overseas procurement/imports machinery spare parts, arrange shipping documents and liaise with forwarding agent, custom department, etc.;
• Contact and maintain a good relationship with clients, vendors, business partners, etc;
• Coordinate and respond to government sector and local authorities enquiries such as Revenue Department, Social Security Insurance, etc;
• Liaise with the auditor/tax/consultant company;
• To manage daily administration activities and provide supports to employee and visitors, such as hotel and flight booking, meeting/conference/exhibition preparation, corporate printing, office maintenance, etc.
• Liaise with the Head Office in Europe and others group subsidiaries/branch;
• Responsible for others ad-hoc tasks assigned by Regional Office Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Preferably minimum age of 30 years old with more than 5 years of working experience in relevant field;
• Diploma or Degree/Professional Certificate in Accountancy/Finance/Banking;
• The candidate should possess basic computer knowledge and MISA accounting system;
• Require a good command in English;
• The candidate should possess good personality, high responsibility & integrity, able to work independently, good communication skills, fast learning, result orientated attitudes to completing the profile;
• Working experience with multi-national companies is an added advantage;
