Assit in monitoring Profit & Loss statements for stores and consolidated business unit.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and trend tracking to support performance reviews.
Assist in the annual budgeting process and periodic reforecasting by collecting data and preparing supporting schedules.
Work closely with operations, merchandise, and other teams to gather financial information and support planning activities
Support financial modeling for store operations, expansion projects, and new operational concepts under guidance.
Assist in tracking capital expenditure (Capex), monitoring budget utilization, and preparing approval documentation.
Monitor operating expenses (Opex) and support cost control initiatives across stores.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.
Support finance process improvement, automation, and digitization initiatives.
Perform ad-hoc finance tasks and analysis as assigned by the line manager.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Corporate Finance, Accounting or Audit or related field.
Minimum 1 years of in financial controlling, preferably in retail or FMCG.
Understanding of retail operations, inventory management, and store-level financials.
Proficiency in Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
