Finance and Accounting Manager

Accounting Operations:
Oversee and ensure proficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day accounting operations including billing, bank, cash transactions; check and initial all payment vouchers.
Perform monthly bookkeeping closing including checking the work performed by Accountants and sign off general journal entry.
Prepare monthly financial reporting (P&L, balance sheet, reconciliation) and Activity Based Costing ("ABC") report and provide analysis for management review.
Check and ensure timeline submission of periodic reports related to taxation (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCWT, audited financial statement and all other kinds of taxes) and statutory compliance (DPI, Statistic).
Assist in controlling budget vs. actual expenses and ensure the company operates within the approved budget.
Work with the audit agency to complete the annual audit report by a given deadline.
Assist in implementing accounting, financial policies, accounting software and internal control procedures to comply with prevailing statutory and corporate requirements.
Provide accounting data to management when required.
Ensure the accounting documents (soft copies and hard copies) are arranged and filed in a safe and confidential way.
Review and sign off different kinds of contracts with vendors, business partners and other business related parties.
Manage budget preparation process and prepare the annual budget.
Management:
Recommend and suggest resolutions to improve current accounting activities and procedures.
Join cross functional projects (if any) to apply new changes (system, product).
Work with other managers in reviewing and building up the accounting process.
Forecast revenue and expenses, cash flow then present recommendations to HoDs for short-term and long-term strategy decision making (financial modeling, projection and various financial scenarios).
Excellent in preparing and presenting periodical F&A reports to the board with insightful analysis
Build, follow-up and maintain an attractive ESOP plan for our people
Directly work and build good network with potential investors for the company at the later stage
Perform other finance and accounting tasks assigned by the CEO.
Training:
Manage, train and develop accounting staff in order to ensure responsibilities had performed competently.
Update new legal and accounting regulations to team members and relevant stakeholders.
Provide orientation and training to new staff based on their titles (contract review process, payment policy...).
