- JOB SUMMARY:
Nefab Group is on a growth journey, and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Junior Finance staff will be overall in charge of the finance andaccounting jobs for Bac Ninh and support Japan factory in the first step. Finance staff will onsite in Bac Ninh factory and report to Finance Senior.
- ERP and Bookkeeping jobs:
+ Support set up and build data, core master, core logic of ERP system. Support in process of applying ERP (M3 system) to all the procedures and daily operation forcountry Vietnam.
+ Review ERP closing jobs monthly and yearly.
+ Support new site in bookkeeping and record financial data in the ERP system.
+ Be member of ERP team, main responsible in other tasks relating to ERP systems.
- Finance and Controlling jobs:
+ Perform daily operation activities. Ensure document checking for inbound cost. Managing inventory including system and physical count.
+ Management of cost reporting and cost management, including standard costing within Vietnam reporting as well as product costing based on the groups' standardcalculation format.
+ Work closely with all department to verify data, monitor, control and plan inventories of raw material, consumables, and indirect materials to control and improveconsumption costs.
+ Controlling scrap rate, loss rate, BOM of product goods in the field of corrugated, extrusion and Thermoforming in house.
+ Prepare of product calculations for feasibility analysis as well as pricing purposes.
+ Some small tasks relating to IT systems.
+ Other tasks assigned by direct senior manager.
