We are looking for a
Finance Executive (Staff level)
who have professional English to work on-site in Vietnam,
supporting clients in Vietnam and international.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and courteously, maintaining a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
Perform customer KYC (Know Your Customer) checks upon Clients' registration.
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding our products and services, effectively resolving customer concerns.
Assist customers in navigating our platform, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through various processes.
Document all customer interactions and maintain comprehensive records in our CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Identify recurring customer issues and proactively work to improve our support processes.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and gather feedback on their support experience.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and updates to provide the most accurate and relevant information to customers.
Daily process and monitor all deposit request by updating the relevant information into excel report.
Flag issues with team member or Manager to ensure all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Daily reconciliation and update for cash flow of payment gateway and bank.
To perform other related duties assigned by superior from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financing or Accouting or a related field.

FRESHER.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent languages skills in English to ensure smooth communication with clients and vendors.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle customer interactions professionally
Working days: 5 days/week
Day shift:
8.30am - 5.30pm (office working - 2 weeks)
Night shift:
5.00pm - 2.00am (work from home - 2 weeks)
Weekly off/Holidays working
: assigned by Leader (if have any)
Salary range: from USD350 - USD400
Night shift allowance - USD150/month
Weekly off allowance -USD15/day, USD30/night-shift
Performance incentive - USD100+ (monthly)
Annual leave, Sick Leave, Birthday Leave, Yearly Bonus
