OBJECTIVE: We have a new and exciting opportunity for an Finance and HR Admin Manager to join our Finance & HR team. To strengthen our business, we are looking for someone who will be responsible as described below.
• Reporting line: General Manager of ZWILLING J.A. Henckels (Vietnam) Ltd.
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City, District 7
• Start date: Immediately is preferable.
• Salary: negotiable
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for full Finance & HR functions of Zwilling Vietnam, including statutory filing, internal control compliances, finance operations as well as HR management, recruiting, payroll and HR administration.
Accounting Management:
• Be responsible for business plans, financial models, financial statements, contracts, other documents and reports of the Company
• Control and manage expenses, ensure all expenses are consistent with approved budgets, strictly follow Company's processes and procedures
• Follow methodology and processes for all financial activities of including: monthly and annual business performance tracking and evaluation to report to internal and external stakeholders; cash flows management and forecast, and annual and rolling budget;
• Build processes for internal control and accounting systems with focus on automation and online.
• Issue VAT invoices in compliance.
• Raise payment application form for trading business.
• Sales data reconciliation with customers/partners.
• In charge of preparing and posting entries of general accrual and payroll related monthly task.
• Voucher auditing and posting in SAP for all reimbursement, account receivable and account payable and procurement of properties.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable and miscellaneous cash batches. Spot errors and suggest ways to improve efficiency and spending.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Control and ensure the accuracy and sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting and financing such as commercial invoices, business contracts, custom documents, etc.
• Participate in annual stocktaking, or any random stock check periodically.
• Reply to ad hoc reports as requested by local authorities.
• Liaise with external auditor and tax officers in all relevant accounting activities. Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.
• Participate in financial standards setting and in the forecasting process. Produce a budget according to schedule.
• Perform other accounting tasks assigned by the General Manager.
HR & Admin - Management
• Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; and meeting with Line Managers to discuss staffing needs.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process and performance to ensure sufficient and effective manpower
• Liaise internally and externally to process foreign documentation and ensure a smooth immigration experience.
• Manage the staff regulations and rules in cooperation with the General Manager, including compensation & benefits policy and employee performance evaluations.
• Manage employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health.
• Maintain staff records.
• Responsible for the entire payroll process, statutory compliance & disbursement of salary on time. Check, implement, and maintain the monthly payroll database. Conduct salary benchmarking.
• Monitor works of SI, HI, UI. Liaise with external vendors to supervise and check the insurance matters for the employees.
• Responsible for PIT declaration and finalization under the labor law.
• Implement new ideas to make our work environmentally friendly and pleasant in the workplace. Monitor employee surveys and define measures where needed. Speak to employees in advance to find out about their needs.
• Create and implement development plans for all employees together with their line managers.
• Organize internal and external trainings to enhance our employees' skills.
• Ensure proper execution of purchasing processes, including but not limited to processing requests, searching for suppliers, and approving payments

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in accounting or financial management.
• Experience in a similar position for a FDI company is highly desired.
• Knowledge of both International and Vietnamese accounting standards
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR management, including recruiting, performance evaluations and HR policy definition.
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English.
• Proficiency in using accounting software SAP, and MS Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
