Finance Manager / Accouting Manager

1. Cost Calculation and Analysis:
• Collect, calculate, and analyze production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
• Monitor standard costs and update cost systems to reflect accurate production expenses.
• Perform variance analysis between standard and actual costs; investigate and explain discrepancies.
• Perform project costing for project from quoting to hand-over phase.
• Manage standard costing in SAP
2. Inventory Management:
• Track inventory usage, reconcile stock data, and ensure accurate cost allocation.
• Participate in periodic physical inventory counts and verify material consumption.
• Monitor and evaluate the costs of goods sold (COGS) and inventory valuation.
3. Fixed asset
• Manage fixed assets including recording, reconciliation and documents filling.
• Lead annual assets counting for all locations.
4. Financial statement
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards
• Perform monthly reconciliation of all balance items
5. Audit and Compliance:
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
• Support internal and external audits by providing financial data and explanations.
• Maintain accurate and organized cost records and documentation.
6. Other tasks assigned by manager.
