Finance Manager - edtech products

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop and monitor financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations and alignment with the company's development and expansion plans.
• Build financial forecasts and budgets. Prepare monthly financial reports, including monthly profit and loss statements, actual versus budget analysis, and cash flow by department.
• Evaluate and analyze financial performance in relation to the company's objectives.
• Develop financial models for potential projects, analyze their viability, and provide risk recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Review and manage all contracts and policies to ensure alignment with the company's direction and strategy.
• Establish pricing structures, payment terms for sales packages, and distribution policies to minimize potential risks and optimize profitability.
• Validate all quotations (production, operations, marketing, events, etc.) and control costs within the approved budget.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, profit and loss planning, and management reporting to the Board of Directors and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the Chief Accountant to align department goals and implement strategic methods to achieve them.
• Participate in meetings with project/contract clients when necessary.
