Lead and develop the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
Oversee financial control systems, cost accounting, credit management, and internal controls to maintain compliance with US GAAP standards.
Collaborate with Manufacturing Operations Leaders and Sales Teams on cost optimization, process improvements, and profitability analysis.
Prepare forward-looking financial statements, budgets, and variance analysis to support decision-making.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies for compliance and audit activities.
Drive the successful implementation of SAP/ERP systems for finance operations.
Develop financial governance frameworks to strengthen internal controls and risk management.
Support corporate initiatives, including regional financial reviews and strategic business insights.
Provide training, guidance, and performance management for the finance team.
Requirement
Male/Female: 35-45 years old
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; MBA and/or CPA/CPC preferred.
Minimum 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in a manufacturing or garment/textile company (500+ employees).
Proven track record of working with Headquarters (US or global) on financial reporting and compliance.
In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and ERP systems (SAP experience required).
Language: Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken).
