Finance ManagerSoilbuild Asset Management & Service Company Limited

- Responsible for all aspects of accounting activities (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, collections, etc.) and responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts operations
- Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the group of companies of Soilbuild in Vietnam
- Prepare and control company's budget, forecasting and monitor and/or analyze cash flow and cash flow requirements
- Prepare tax declarations, tax reports (VAT, CIT, WHT, PIT, and etc.) periodically in compliance to the statutory requirement of Vietnam.
- Ensure bookkeeping system is compliant with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS)/Vietnam Tax and Group policies.
- Prepare internal financial and accounting reports to Soilbuild HQ and BOD and shareholders as required (including IFRS conversion)
- Work with auditing company for auditing work, closing and tax issues
- Liaise and work with tax authorities and tax consultants for all tax related issues
- Work with banks and Finance Team of HQ for all issues relating to funding, finance and accounting operations of the group of companies.
- Identify, analyze and propose measures to manage financial risks for the group of companies
- In addition to these duties, the employee may be required to perform other tasks that from time to time may be assigned or delegated to the Employee by the Company or HQ Singapore office Finance.
