Finance, Tax & Compliance Management
Coordinate statutory tax filings in Vietnam and act as the primary contact with regulatory authorities on tax matters.
Monitor regulatory changes in Vietnam and update the corporate team accordingly.
Ensure compliance with tax reporting requirements, Vietnamese financial control regulations, SPI policies, environmental policies, and health and safety policies.
Accounting, Reporting & Audit
Review and finalize monthly financial statements with the Corporate Finance Department and provide financial analysis to the General Manager.
Manage monthly internal and external reporting requirements, journal entries, accruals, intercompany accruals, sales price data in Vietnam tax systems, FA module, and MRP accuracy.
Coordinate annual audit activities with external auditors and respond to audit findings with corrective actions.
Treasury, Cash Flow & Finance Leadership
Manage banking relationships, account balances, liquidity, cash flow forecasting, insurance coverage, claims, and foreign exchange exposure.
Manage accounts receivable and payable activities, including timely processing of receipts and payments.
Lead the Finance Department, coach and evaluate finance staff, and perform other assigned duties.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or above.
At least 5 years of finance/accounting experience in a manufacturing company; supervisor or management experience is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge and practical experience in accounting, taxation, audits, financial management, international business, and financing.
Ability to manage financial statements, internal/external reports, tax filings, treasury operations, cash flow, AR/AP, journal entries, accruals, inventory-related financial data, FA module, and MRP system.
Strong leadership capability with experience coaching, managing, and evaluating finance staff.
Certified Accountant qualification is required or preferred.
Language / Other Requirements
Excellent English proficiency.
Required Wonderlic score of 28 or above.
Ability to work with corporate finance, external auditors, regulatory authorities, banks, plant management, and internal stakeholders.
Personality & Attitude
Detail-oriented, compliant, and financially disciplined.
Strong ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset.
Able to lead teams, work cross-functionally, and support management with accurate financial analysis.
Proactive in monitoring risks, regulatory changes, and financial control requirements.
