Finance Officer

With substantial growth in intrastate travel for leisure, conferences, and events, we are looking for full time Finance Officer for our Office in Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam to support our Retreat Operations and Finance teams in Australia.
This is a great opportunity for Finance Officer with English communication skills looking for an opportunity to work in purely English environment.
1. DESCRIPTION
- Daily credit card and general ledger reconciliations for our hotels in Australia.
- Oversee the accurate completion of the month-end process.
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions for the Hotels.
- Focus on performance analyses and consequent process improvements.
- To undertake the day-to-day functions of the Accounting Department to ensure all accounting functions including payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable are carried out in a timely & efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of statutory financial information to the Finance Leadership team.
- To assist and support the Finance Leadership team in ensuring the Hotel profit targets are achieved through the control and monitoring of costs.
- Ensure Hotel internal controls are maintained, and management policy & procedures are upheld by working with all Heads of Department; and
- Assist the Finance Leadership Team in preparation of weekly & monthly management reports.
