Position Summary:
The Finance Trainee will support the Revenue Growth Management Manager in delivering financial insights, analysis, and reporting to enable strategic decision-making across the organization. This role offers hands-on experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing reports, dashboards for monthly and quarterly reviews.
Assist in month-end closing include: to track and prepare trade accrual data, to reconcile trade spend between sources and make adjustment if needed.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including data collection and validation.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and financial standards.
Participate in ad-hoc projects, including process automation and data visualization initiatives.
Maintain master data as assigned by Commercial
Finance Manager.
Collaborate with cross functions (Trade, Sales operation, ...) to provide spending forecast, accrual for closing, actual spending reports in timely manner.
