Financial Controlling & Internal Audit
Monitor and control all financial transactions: cash inflow/outflow, reconciliation between actual spending and ERP system records.
Conduct internal audits on
purchasing activities, expense control, and asset usage:
○ Verify the accuracy and legitimacy of payments and purchase requests.
○ Ensure purchased items match actual inventory (e.g., company buys 10 laptops → 10 laptops must exist).
Evaluate compliance with financial processes and propose improvements to minimize risks.
Analyze monthly/quarterly financial performance and budget utilization.
Accounting (ERP & IFRS)
Record and verify accounting entries on the ERP system.
Reconcile accounting data and ensure completeness and accuracy of supporting
documents.
Support the preparation of financial statements under IFRS and assist external
auditors when needed.
Manage and track fixed assets, depreciation, and relevant documentation.
Financial Reporting
Prepare and present financial overview reports to the BOD.
Provide insights, risk alerts, and recommendations to optimize cost structure and cash flow.
Monitor financial KPIs of departments/projects and propose corrective actions when
necessary.
