Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large amounts of financial data. Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Ability to interpret financial results, identify trends, and translate data into clear business insights and recommendations. Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work. Solid understanding of P&L, Cash Flow, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Experience in financial controlling, FP&A, management accounting, or a similar finance role. Experience in a large manufacturing or international company would be a strong advantage. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Power Pivot, Power Query, and PivotTables. Practical experience with Power BI for financial analysis and reporting. English level: B2+
