Financial Controller

1. Group reporting
• Control and manage closing process
• Review the reporting packages made by all entities of the Group.
• Review consolidation package at GEO level and group level.
• Be responsible for consolidated reports including monthly, annually, budget and quarterly forecasts.
• Conduct analysis of variances and provide explanation on major variations between actual and budget.
• Contribute to develop the group's accounting manual and reporting guidelines
• Support checking and problem solving in difficult circumstances.
• Ensures compliance with group policies, company policies, internal controls.
• Coach all team members to fulfill tasks and reach higher quality of performance
• Back up accounting managers when necessary at GEO level for new market launching or changing at GEO side.
• Liaison with FP&A team for monthly Business Review and budget, ensure the quality and timeline of the report.
2. Taxation
• Review and be responsible for all tax matters at GEO and group level.
• Ensure taxation compliance at all GEO level
• Manage and optimize tax arm-length at GEO and Group level
3. Internal Audit
• Lead audit of Internal annual report and prepare audit documents.
• Prepare other reports as required.
• Engage in due diligence if any.
4. Treasury
• Be responsible for daily/weekly/monthly cash flow reports at GEO and Group level
• Conduct overall variance and planning for cash flow streams for optimization at GEO and Group level
• Control Group billing activities.
• Ensure cash flow movement for treasury activities.
• Ensure compliance of P2P activities as well as enhance P2P process at GEO/Group level.
5. Project
• Engage in GEO/Group projects such as ERP implementation/enhancement, new product launching.
• Other ad-hoc projects as required.
