Mô tả công việc

ORGANIZATION AND TEAM MANAGEMENT

Develop divisional/departmental organizational structure, job descriptions, budget to perform the company strategies/goals. Ensure periodical review or whenever necessary;
Develop divisional/departmental and individual KPIs, do an alignment with direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
Cascade targets to subordinates by assigning KPIs, giving instructions, supporting for achieving the targets and ensuring performance appraisal as requested;
Build-up and develop the team, organize and assign tasks, manage the team performance; implement the employees' competence evaluation and have professional development activities to fix gap between the current and expectation;
Deliver training of processes, procedures, work standards/instructions to subordinates, and ensure compliance within the delegated function;
Create best practices for the teams in the systematic approach and ensure activities are delivered in line with these best practices (Includes SOPs, process, policies, work instructions, improvement ideas);
Motivate, encourage employee engagement and ensure a positive work environment;
Comply with the Company's processes, procedures, regulations, and standards;
Do alignment about the individual KPIs with the direct line manager and ensure the target achievement;
Strive to reach the Company's Vision and live with our Core Values: Integrity - Be Cause In The Matter - Data-Driven - Service Culture - Customer Experience;
Implement other tasks at line manager assigned.

BUYING MANAGEMENT
1. Category Management

Monitor and analyze the category performance in a number of assortments, new products, sales, profit then develop and implement action plans to grow the category based on strategy.
Conduct frequent market research/ study reports (AC Nielson/ IQVIA) for new products and pricing.... to ensure range selection meets customer needs.
Define strategy and action plans to meet sales and profit.
Develop Exclusive/ Direct Import product sourcing

2. Supplier Management

Supervise dedicated team members to source more suppliers and new products following the company's strategy on category growth and the company's policy.
Negotiate with suppliers on the trading terms.
Work daily with suppliers in terms of stock/pricing/promotion/branding.
Manage the Join Business Plan with key suppliers to deliver excellent partnership and maximize the investment from suppliers

3. Promotion (not applying for Medicine)

Work with Promotion Manager to create and execute promotion plans, plan monthly promotions/events.
Deal with suppliers for the best promotion supports based on campaigns.
Work with the Supply Chain team to make sure sufficient stocks during promotion time.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor's degree or higher
Business, Commercial, Economics
Good in English (writing, reading, speaking, listening)
MS. Office (word, excel, power-point)
Minimum 4 years' working experience in retail merchandising
Wide knowledge of merchandising and relationships in the supply chain.
Quick learning, willing to take up challenges.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Able to work independently, possess a high level of responsibility and commitment.
Able to lead the team and manage the team to deliver the results.
