This position is primarily responsible for the company's comprehensive cost accounting, analysis, control and annual budgeting, monthly forecast and financial analysis reporting. By establishing and improving the cost management system, the role accurately calculates product costs, conducts cost analysis, and provides decision-making support to local management to achieve the business objectives of reducing costs and improving efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Cost Accounting:
- Establish, improve, and refine cost accounting methods and procedures.
- Responsible for the collection, allocation, and settlement of production costs, ensuring the accuracy of product cost calculation.
- Conduct regular inventory counts, supervise the counting process, and analyze and account for variances.
- Prepare cost-related accounting vouchers and detailed reports.
- Cost Analysis & Control:
- Perform regular cost analysis, compare standard costs with actual costs, and analyze the root cause for variances.
- Monitor various consumptions in the production process, identify cost-saving opportunities, and propose improvement suggestions.
- Participate in setting and updating product standard costs, labor hours, and expense norms.
- Budgeting & Reporting:
- Assist the Business Analyst Manager in preparing the annual budget, monthly forecast and monitoring its execution.
- Prepare regular cost analysis reports, reporting cost status and trends for management.
- Provide data support for company pricing decisions, product profitability analysis, etc.
- System & Process Improvement
- Participate in the maintenance and improvement of cost-related modules in the ERP system.
- Ensure the effective implementation of internal control procedures.
