Role Description The Freelance Writer will work full time, on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, creating clear, engaging content to support affiliate marketing efforts. Day-to-day tasks include writing product descriptions, short articles, and promotional copy for mobile and other Amazon offers, as well as updating content to reflect changing prices and deals. The role involves researching products, comparing features and benefits, and presenting information in a concise and compelling way to encourage clicks and conversions.
The writer will collaborate with the site owner or marketing team to align content with current campaigns, optimize headlines and calls-to-action, and ensure accuracy and consistency in all published materials. This position also requires regular review of existing content to keep the page current, relevant, and aligned with affiliate program guidelines.
Qualifications
Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce concise, clear, and persuasive content for online audiences.
Experience or interest in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or digital promotions, particularly related to mobile phones and consumer electronics.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword usage to improve visibility and click-through rates.
Ability to research products, verify information from multiple sources, and present accurate details in user-friendly language.
Comfort working full time on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, with good time management and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
Proficiency in English writing; additional language skills are a plus for local market adaptation.
Familiarity with online publishing tools, content management systems, or simple website editing platforms is beneficial.
Previous experience as a
content writer, copywriter, or similar role in
digital marketing or online sales is preferred but not strictly required.
