ClickMedia is seeking for a CONTENT MANAGER who will play a very strategic content role for content planning, content strategy and contribute to content development and not limited to content execution in modern digital platforms on the full-time freelance basic. Also, involve in social-content-scope pitches. And contribute to build up / set up a content team.
Location: L9, Opal Tower, 90 Nguyen Huu Canh, Bình Thanh District, HCMC, Vietnam.
Type of employment: 2-month freelance
WHAT YOU WILL HANDLE
Develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing objectives of existing clients
Collaborate with Client Service and Creative teams to plan and develop diversified content, content outline and platforms
Assigning content production tasks to team members and commissioning articles, videos and other content from external resources
Approving content to be published and ensuring it meets all quality control checks
Edit, proofread and improve content writers' posts
Liaise with content writers to ensure brand consistency
Optimize content according to SEO
Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and user engagement metrics
Manage content distribution to online channels and social media platforms to increase web traffic in alignment with business objectives
Seek out PR opportunities to produce branded content for media outlets
Develop an editorial calendar and ensure content team is on board
Stay up-to-date with social trend developments and generate new ideas to draw audience's attention
Analyze content reach and prepare reports for senior management
Strategize long term content creation plans with senior management teams and other departments
Participate in pitches, and take the leading part for content strategies and planning
Play the role for content QC of team members
Manage Content Team to ensure the qualified deliverables
WHAT YOU NEED
At least 6 years of working experience in content writing, 2 years as the same role of Content Lead / Content Manager
Proven work experience as a Content Manager
Ability to be creative and to produce innovative content
Proficiency with content management platforms such as WordPress, Facebook, Instagram ...etc..
Ability to absorb new digital platform for Content creativities such as Tiktok...etc..
Ability to use analytical tools, such as Google Analytics to generate accurate reporting
Knowledgeable of social media platforms and digital media outlets
Knowledgeable of traditional media and PR outlets, such as newspapers and television news cycles
Hands on experience with content writing
Attention to detail
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work well with others, and work under high pressure
