POSITION TITLE: FREELANCE PHOTOGRAPHER
FUNCTIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES (FBOs):
Maido Agency is looking to employ a freelance photographer to assist the General Manager to collaborate on projects with brands, SMEs and effectively market services to target audiences. Joining Maido, you will receive an equal opportunity to develop and advance in your photography career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with clients to understand their photography needs and objectives
Plan and execute photoshoots, ensuring attention to detail and adherence to timelines
Create visually stunning images that meet the client's specifications and requirements
Utilize your expertise in lighting, composition, and editing techniques to produce exceptional photographs
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously enhance your skills and improve the quality of work
Manage and organize digital files, ensuring proper storage and easy accessibility
Maintain and operate photography equipment, including cameras, lenses, and lighting gear
REQUIREMENTS:
An ideal candidate should be:
Minimum of one year of professional experience in photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in fashion, portrait, and product photography
Proficient in using DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom)
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas to achieve desired outcomes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics
Flexibility to adapt to different photography styles and project requirements
Self-motivated and able to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative environment
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on project needs
