We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fresher HR and Talent Acquisition to join our growing team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or final-year students who are eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in Human Resources and Office Administration.
Responsibility:
Talent Acquisition Tasks (70%):
Assist with sourcing candidates across various platforms to meet recruitment needs.
Support the onboarding process, including preparing documents and coordinating orientation for new hires.
Collaborate with the PR team to welcome partners, clients, or guests as needed.
Administrative Tasks (20%):
Organize and manage office administrative tasks.
Assist the Internal Communication with planning and organizing happy hours, birthdays, company trips, team-building activities, and other events.
Process office expenses and prepare payment requests.
Human Resources Tasks (10%):
Track employee attendance, timesheets, and annual leave.
Assist with Compensation & Benefits (C&B) tasks as assigned.
Yêu cầu
Female candidates preferred.
Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
Internship experience (3-6 months) is a plus but not required.
Good written and spoken English skills.
Strong communication, logical thinking, and multitasking abilities.
Diligent, proactive, and eager to learn.
