2. JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Embedded Firmware Engineer, you will participate in the end-to-end development of embedded systems, including firmware, drivers, and low-level system software. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of hardware platforms, operating systems, and development environments, depending on the project scope.
Develop and maintain embedded firmware, device drivers, and low-level software components.
Perform hardware/software integration, board bring-up, debugging, and issue analysis.
Work with communication interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, CAN/CAN FD, and Ethernet.
Implement and optimize embedded features on MCU and RTOS-based systems.
Support system integration, performance tuning, bug fixing, and software validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout development and integration activities.
3. REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for candidates with experience in the area of Firmware Development.
MUST HAVE:
Strong in C/C++ programming for Embedded Software Development.
Experienced with communication protocols: SPI, I2C, CAN/CANFD, UART, etc.
Experienced with connectivity: WIFI, Bluetooth, LTE, GPS/GNSS, etc.
Experienced with firmware development and implementing hardware drivers and low-level code for device.
Registers for microcontroller platforms such as ESP32, STM32, NXP, IMX.
Experienced with Stack, Queues, Pipeline, Socket, Boot loader, secure boot.
Experienced with embedded software development, Linux OS, RTOS (Zephyr, OSEK, freeRTOS, TOCK, etc.).
Have experience in working Ethernet at level driver, data package.
NICE TO HAVE:
Electronics/ Mechatronics/ Computer Engineering or relevant background.
Experienced with: Simulink/Stateflow, Embedded Rust, Renode framework.
Experienced with scripting language (Python/Perl/Bash shell script).
SDLC and Software Development Models (Agile/Scrum).
Nice to have knowledge about Ethernet AVTP, IEEE1722
Configuration & Requirement Management tools.
Good in problem analysis and solving.
Good English communication skills.
