1. Execution of all activities related to the AMANN QDA: Test planning, developing testing processes as a detail-oriented and proactive Test Planner in GQA team for all AMANN Group production sites (China, Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, Germany, ...) with strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities and a structured approach to planning and execution
2. Agreeing on Customer Specifications
a. Collaborate with customers to define, align and agree testing requirements, testing procedures, specifications and limits.
b. Ensure customer expectations are clearly understood and documented.
c. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve specification-related issues.
3. Quality Data Evaluation
a. Analyze and interpret test data to assess product performance and quality status.
b. Identify trends, anomalies, or areas for correction, modification and improvement based on data insights, request and evaluate serial production data based on information about deviations.
c. Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
4. Development of Test Concepts
a. Design, implement and frequently update comprehensive test / inspection plans (in QDA) and procedures tailored to customer needs, create inspection plan limits for the defined quality parameters in case of changes in serial production.
b. Provide test / inspection plan information to the relevant interfaces in the AMANN Group as part of the Amann Change Management
c. Develop innovative testing strategies to ensure product reliability and compliance.
d. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into the overall project workflow.
