Mô tả công việc
Train, mentor, allocate tasks to and supervise Front Office team members to ensure a quality operation.
Resolve customer issues, complaints and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Must be well aware of all emergency policies and procedures if any while on duty.
Carry out check - in and check - out process.
Update Tenant's relevant data into Tenant's profile promptly and accurately.
Collect all information and documents at the beginning of each shift from other departments or from apartment tenants and will track work accurately.
Update and make purchase requests and deliver tenant birthday gifts.
Receive tenant cash payments and issue the appropriate receipt. Controls the Front office cash float.
Keep the daily logbook up to date.
Explains and is a source of information on facilities within the building and apartments.
Perform other tasks as requested by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc
Have a college/university degree in hospitality or a related field.
Previous experience in Front Office operations
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
Fluently English speaking skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
