The Job
YOUR MISSION
We are looking for a great Front-end developer who is proficient with JavaScript. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and front-end applications. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Be able to understand the business requirements.
- Be able to understand and explain the architecture of the screen/feature that you are developing.
- Be able to create a detailed design (Component Context) from the architecture design.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Be able to review code against business requirements and designs.
- Deliver high-quality code following best practices for better performance, security, user experience, and reusability.
- Be able to define, implement, and execute unit testing.
- Be able to identify impacted areas/services and the scope of testing to prevent any degradation.
- Be able to optimize the front-end performance and UX.
- Has the ability to collaborate smoothly with other team members, cross-team, and cross-group to get things done on time with optimal solutions.
- Be able to debug and fix nasty bugs, technical support issues, and explain the issue to non-tech users.
- Show the ownership & responsibility.
Your Skills and Experience
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Strong experience in one of the JavaScript libraries/frameworks (Electron, ReactJS, Angular, [protected info]) and understanding its core principles.
- Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
- Expert in HTML5, CSS3.
- A solid experience in PHP and Codeigniter is a big plus.
- Experience in performance optimization for Front-end applications is a plus.
- Experience in Micro Front-end is a plus.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
- Ability to self-learn and adapt to new business and technologies quickly.
- Ability to use AI in your daily job.
