- Browser Extension (CRM Integration) - Chrome/Edge extension integrating with customer CRMs, showing real-time AI insights
- Conversational Interfaces - chat-based UI for interacting with AI agents (Eddy, PACE, Aura)
- Data Visualisation - live metrics and compliance alerts built with modern charting tools
- Design System Ownership - scalable components, responsive layouts, and accessibility best practices
