Execute all testing activities to improve product quality, work closely with the team (developers, business analysis, customer service, operation, etc.) to deliver product success
Address the test automation needs in a methodical, detail-oriented manner with the help of robust analytical skills and problem-solving capacity
Automate functional, regression and/or performance acceptance tests
Have complete responsibility to enhance end-to-end automated test coverage
Work closely with the Scrum team to analyze requirements and provide necessary test recommendations (such as Feature Testing, Smoke Testing and Regression Testing in both manual and automation)
Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
General Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
Likely having 2+ years of experience in software testing depending on how fast your learning and developing technical capability
Able to self-learn and quickly adapt to new technologies
Familiar with the Agile development methodologies
Able to perform tasks under high pressure
Upper-Intermediate English (verbal and written), able to work directly with clients.
Technical Requirements
Good domain knowledge of software development process, especially the software testing process
Good experience in manual testing skills: test case design, black-box and exploratory testing, defect reporting, etc.
Experience testing web applications and APIs (Postman); mobile testing is a plus.
Working knowledge of test automation with Selenium, Playwright or Katalon, plus basic coding in Java, C#, JavaScript or similar.
Experience on using tools: Postman, Git, IntelliJ IDEA, etc.
Nice to have
Experience using AI chat tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for research, debugging, and learning
Familiarity with at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)
Ability to write clear, contextual prompts to generate code snippets, unit tests, or documentation
Awareness of AI output limitations and responsible AI use (data privacy, handling of sensitive client data)
