ILO Preschool is a bilingual preschool that combines Finnish early childhood education concepts, considered among the best in the world today, with our dynamic, play-based methodologies developed for Vietnamese children. We are looking for teachers who would like to register their interest in part-time or full-time positions, as well as teachers interested in covering classes, who can create a joyful learning environment for our students.

Education

• Minimum 3-year Bachelor's degree
• A recognised qualification in English Language Teaching with a duration of 120+ hours (TEFL Level 4 Certificate or higher, AVSE TESOL, CELTA/Trinity, or equivalent)

Skills

• English proficiency level: Native

Experience

• Candidates with teaching practice/experience highly preferred.
  
• Be able to commit to teaching at ILO the full Academic Year.
  
• Be flexible, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children from 18 months - 6 years old.
• Have at least one year of ILA Jumpstart teaching experience (or equivalent) to a proficient standard.
• Previous experience teaching in a bilingual or international kindergarten setting is desirable.
