About the Role:
The English Connection is seeking passionate and experienced teachers for the 2025/2026 academic year. We are hiring 25 full-time teaching positions across various subjects, including Science, Mathematics, English, and STEAM. The ideal candidates will be enthusiastic educators dedicated to fostering a dynamic learning environment for students in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experience.
Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in school activities.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and needs.
Job Requirements:
Must be a native English speaker from one of the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or South Africa.
A Bachelor's Degree in Education, English, Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
A PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) or equivalent is preferred.
A minimum of two years of teaching experience.
TEFL/TESOL certification with a 120-hour training course or more is required for English teaching roles.
Experience in primary, secondary, or high school teaching is highly desirable.
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students effectively.
A commitment to professional development and teamwork.
