POSITION OVERVIEW
Role Overview
We are looking for hands-on GenAI Fullstack Engineers to design, prototype, and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve internal business processes. This is a small, implementation-focused team. Engineers are expected to work directly on the solution and be able to independently drive a project with a Technical Leader and/or 1-2 other team members.
Key Responsibilities
Implement GenAI applications hands-on from prototype to production.
Develop AI pipelines including LLM integration, prompt orchestration, RAG, document processing, APIs, and business-system integration.
Build backend services, connectors, automation workflows, and supporting components using Python or TypeScript.
Troubleshoot and optimize AI pipelines for accuracy, latency, reliability, and cost.
Work directly with the
Product Owner to understand requirements and translate them into working solutions.
Take technical ownership of a specific component or pipeline and be able to explain its implementation in detail.
Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate implementation while maintaining code quality and engineering standards.
