The Job
What You'll Do
- Build and operate the weekly AWS pipeline using Step Functions, Lambda and Fargate, with supplier-level fan-out over Aurora PostgreSQL and billions of linkage rows.
- Implement KPI evaluations as independent API services, covering rule-based checks and AI/ML-assisted evaluations together with DQM specialists who own the rules.
- Ensure data correctness through idempotent synchronization, prevention of silent data loss and reconciliation against the source system and legacy Oracle output.
- Investigate production failures to confirmed root causes, including timeouts, deadlocks, capacity limits and unusual supplier data, then implement the fix, improved logging and a regression test.
- Measure AI predictions against human decisions using ground truth, abstention handling and analysis of inconsistent verdicts.
- Maintain the React and TypeScript review application used by specialists to download, review and upload evaluations.
- Manage infrastructure as code with AWS CDK in Python and maintain CI/CD across sandbox, development and production environments in Azure DevOps.
Your Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional Python backend development experience.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Vietnamese native speaker; fluent English, written and spoken. German is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with local and international teams.
- Strong SQL and PostgreSQL skills, including performance tuning and database design.
- Experience with large-scale ETL/batch processing and reliable data pipelines.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (Step Functions, Lambda, Fargate, Aurora) and Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation).
- Solid knowledge of automated testing, Docker, CI/CD, monitoring, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience with React and TypeScript; familiarity with Module Federation, Vite, or Mantine is a plus.
- Exposure to AI/ML, data quality, or LLM-powered applications is advantageous.
