The AI Research and Development Center of FPT IS was established with the mission to research and develop new AI products "Make by FIS," integrating AI into the product ecosystem of FPT IS to enhance labor productivity and bring value to customers. We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our team. As a Full-Stack Developer, you will be responsible for creating clean and reliable interfaces and backend systems for our products.Implement web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks Build web-based features for AI-powered developer tools in VSCodeOptimize performance to ensure fast loading times and smooth user interactionsImplement backend services using NodeJS for AI application systemsDefine and implement APIs and data modelsImplement and manage efficient and scalable databases (MongoDB, Redis)Implement security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information and ensure complianceWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code that follows best coding practicesWork with testers to perform testing and debugging

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldProven experience as a FullStack Developer, with a strong portfolio of previous projectsProficient in web frontend technologies, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJSHave skills in programming and designing web applications based on the MVC model.Able to use source management systems (svn/git, etc.)Experience with popular databases such as MySQL/SQL, Redis, MongoDBGood problem-solving skills and attention to detail, strong communication, and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with AI systems is a plusGood English skill is an advantage.
