The Job
- Build, enhance, and support software features in accordance with product and operational requirements.
- Produce maintainable, well-structured, and reliable code while adhering to modern engineering standards.
- Work alongside UI/UX teams to transform designs into intuitive, responsive, and polished user interfaces.
- Work closely with backend and frontend groups to ensure seamless integration.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues, including performance bottlenecks and data inconsistencies.
- Contribute to improving development workflows, tooling, documentation, and team collaboration.
Your Skills and Experience
- Good ENGLISH communication skills are required.
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent technology-related discipline.
- Practical experience working with modern web frameworks such as ReactJS or js.
- Strong programming capability in at least one full-stack language (e.g., Golang, JavaScript/TypeScript).
- Understanding of common database technologies, including MongoDB and PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Ability to operate effectively whether working autonomously or as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong sense of ownership, analytical thinking, and initiative in tackling technical challenges.
- Mandarin and English proficiency is an advantage due to communication requirements with regional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Flutter mobile development.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum.
