1. Occupational Health & Safety / Medical Management
Organize first aid, emergency response, and occupational accident investigation
Conduct injury assessment for employees with occupational accidents or diseases
Implement and monitor hygiene standards and disease prevention measures
Manage employees' medical records and health check documentation
Ensure adequate provision of medical equipment and supplies; monitor workplace environmental indicators affecting health and safety
2. Fire Prevention & Fighting (PCCC) Management
Ensure provision and maintenance of fire protection equipment
Organize training, drills, and emergency response exercises
Monitor compliance with fire safety regulations
Prepare periodic reports for authorities regarding fire safety
3. Company Vehicle Management
Arrange and manage company vehicle usage based on business needs
Monitor fuel consumption and propose adjustments
Supervise drivers and ensure compliance with regulations
Manage vehicle safety, insurance, and incident handling
4. Security Management
Organize and manage security personnel to protect company assets
Conduct patrols and supervise safety, utilities usage, and compliance
Control access of people, goods, and vehicles entering/exiting the company
Monitor weighing station activities and logistics flow
5. Administrative Management
Manage and optimize administrative costs and budgets
Propose cost norms and efficiency improvements
Support operation and troubleshooting of IT infrastructure and systems
Act as secretary/assistant to the Board of Directors
Serve as liaison with authorities and media
Manage, train, and evaluate subordinates
Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports
Propose improvements to administrative processes
6. Other Duties
Perform other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Yêu cầu
1. Education & Knowledge
Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related fields
Knowledge of administrative management
Basic understanding of civil law and healthcare regulations
Knowledge of food safety is a plus

Good English communication skills
Proficient in MS Office
Strong teamwork and team-building skills
Good problem-solving ability
Effective communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle tasks efficiently
3. Experience
At least 2 year of experience in a similar position
