Job Responsibilities
The incumbent in this post will be a key person in the HR team to focus on Employee Engagement and Talent Acquisition. Other roles include support of learning and development, HR analytics and reporting, benefits procedures, and HR administration tasks.
• Employee Engagement: responsible for initiating and implementation of employee engagement projects and activities; engagement surveys, organize annual company events to create and maintain a highly motivated/engaged working environment.
• Talent Acquisition: in-charge of recruitment and selection from candidate sourcing to 1st interview to recommend qualified candidates for final interview.
• Expatriate Staff Procedures: manage immigration paperwork (Visa, work permit, TRC...) application and renewal for expatriate staff.
• HR Reports: responsible for HR Reports and dashboard, basing on both internal and regional office's requirements.
• HR Administration: Timesheet, leave management, HRIS administration and other related HR documents and reports.
• General Affairs: back-up or support in general affairs when requested.
• Other HR tasks assigned by Line Manager.

Yêu cầu
• University graduate in relevant disciplines.
• A minimum 05 years of experience as HR professional in multi-national environment, strong expertise and experience in employee engagement and talent acquisition is a must, exposure in learning and development will be a plus.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Computer literate with common Office packages.
• Strong interpersonal skills, initiative and team player, ability to multi-tasking and good attention to details.
• A minimum 05 years of experience as HR professional in multi-national environment, strong expertise and experience in employee engagement and talent acquisition is a must, exposure in learning and development will be a plus.
