II/ Job roles:
The Game/App Advertising Optimization Specialist is responsible for deploying and optimizing daily advertising campaigns for game clients across international platforms. This position plays a critical role in maximizing return on advertising spend (ROAS) and scaling user acquisition for game products in international markets.
III/ Key responsibilities:
● Deploy and optimize daily advertising campaigns for game clients on international platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Moloco) and other advertising channels
● Develop advertising strategies, budget allocation plans, and KPI evaluation models based on game characteristics and business objectives
● Analyze advertising effectiveness using data-driven insights and measurement platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust); propose optimization strategies and comprehensive implementation plans throughout the product lifecycle
● Proactively collaborate with the creative team to propose content direction and improve advertising assets; ensure alignment between creative style, gameplay presentation, and targeting strategy; demonstrate proficiency in AI tools and advertising content production processes
● Conduct regular advertising data reports, performance reviews, and strategy assessments; independently participate in client meetings and present proposals and solutions for medium to large-scale projects
IV/ Position requirements:
● Bachelor's degree or higher; 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising optimization for international markets
● Practical experience deploying and optimizing Game/App advertising campaigns across multiple advertising platforms
● Deep understanding of user growth strategies for games in international markets; strong grasp of algorithm mechanisms, conversion funnels, and core optimization metrics for different game genres (Mini Game, RPG, Casual Game, etc.)
● Proficient with measurement and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust); strong data analysis capability and conversion effectiveness evaluation skills
● Strong problem-solving skills, customer communication ability, and project management capability; able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to drive project results
● Good English reading and writing proficiency; able to work independently with international advertising platforms and handle requests from international clients
