Role objective
To act as a strategic leader and trusted consultant for key gaming and app clients. This role is responsible for developing data-driven marketing strategies, managing end-to-end campaign lifecycles, and applying expert media buying expertise to maximize ROAS. A key objective is to lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of optimization specialists to drive significant client growth and uphold process excellence.
Key responsibilities
1. Client Management & Strategic Leadership
Act as the primary point of contact for key gaming and app clients, developing a deep understanding of their product, business model, and growth objectives.
Develop and pitch compelling, data-driven performance marketing strategies tailored to each client's unique profile and the competitive market landscape.
Serve as a trusted consultant, providing expert guidance, deep-dive performance analysis, and proactive optimization recommendations to solve client challenges and drive significant ad spend growth.
2. Project Management & Process Excellence
Own end-to-end project management for campaign lifecycles-from launch and go-live to optimization and post-campaign analysis-ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
Develop and manage clear project timelines, effectively overseeing progress, resources, and potential risks to guarantee high-quality, on-time delivery.
Establish and refine internal workflows to boost collaboration and execution speed across cross-functional teams (e.g.,
Business Development, Creative, Tech).
3. Expert Media Buying & Optimization
Possesses deep, hands-on expertise in major advertising platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads) and DSPs, including their buying logic, product suites, and optimization methodologies; Understands the technical integration and data tracking logic of MMP (Adjust, AppsFlyer).
Leverage strong analytical skills to diagnose performance issues, identify trends, and implement effective solutions that consistently improve campaign Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Have a keen eye for high-performing gaming/app creatives; able to deconstruct winning ad concepts and provide clear, actionable direction to creative teams to boost overall creative ROI.
4. Team Leadership & Development
Lead, mentor, and grow a team of optimization specialists through daily coaching, structured training, and knowledge-sharing.
Delegate tasks effectively to unlock team potential and foster a high-performance, collaborative, and positive team culture.
