Modify and grade base pattern provided by the Design Team to adjust fit issues, measurement issues or changes in sewing operations.

Define material consumption with the support of Gerber system and Cutting Department.
• Dự đoán về khả năng khớp dáng trước khi nộp mẫu cho đội Thiết kế. Thực hiện điều chỉnh mẫu mềm - mẫu rập nếu được yêu cầu.
Perform fit assessment prior to submitting the samples to the Design Team. Adjust the pattern if required.
• Kết hợp với đội ngũ Thiết kế và phòng May Mẫu để hiệu chỉnh thông số trong suốt quá trình phát triển sản phẩm.
Validate measurements during development in close collaboration with the Design Team and Sample Room.
• Làm mẫu khuôn nhựa cho tạo hình.
Create the slopper pattern for molding.
1. Học vấn/ Education:
Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, các chuyên ngành về Thời trang, may mặc hoặc các chuyên ngành kỹ thuật liên quan khác.
Bachelor's degree or above in Fashion, Apparel/Garment Technology, or other related engineering/technical fields.
2. Kinh nghiệm/ Experience:
- Có từ 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên về
thiết kế kỹ thuật hoặc các vị trí tương đương khác trong ngành may mặc.
At least 3 years of experience in Technical Design or related roles in the apparel industry.
- Ưu tiên kinh nghiệm thiết kế kỹ thuật về hàng đồ lót (Intimates).
Experience in Technical Design for Intimates products is preferred.
3. Kỹ năng/ Skills:
- Có chuyên môn về phần mềm Gerber hoặc bất cứ phần mềm tạo mẫu tương tự.
Expertise in Gerber software, or any similar pattern making software.
- Khả năng xác định thông số & chia cỡ dựa trên mẫu mềm (hoặc mẫu giấy).
Ability to develop measurements and grading specifications based on digital patterns or paper patterns.
- Kiến thức căn bản về vải và tính chất của vải trong việc hình thành sản phẩm.
Basics knowledge of fabrics and trims and their performance in garment form.
- Kinh nghiệm về các cấu trúc và công đoạn may.
Working knowledge in garment construction and sewing operations.
