Ensure all inspection activities comply with established quality standards and customer specifications to meet customer requirements.
Allocate and coordinate available team members to achieve daily work targets.
Monitor raw material issues affecting production, follow up on corrective actions, and coordinate with relevant internal and external departments to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain and update all relevant laboratory charts, records, and reports.
Identify training and development needs within the assigned area and coordinate appropriate training activities.
Assist the Department Manager in communicating and sharing necessary information with relevant stakeholders.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Yêu cầu công việc:
Gender: Male/Female, Age: 30-45 years old
University degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Dyeing Technology, Textile Technology, Garment Technology, or a related field.
Have 3 years of experience in a Senior/Leader Lab position, specializing in fabric and raw material inspection in a garment manufacturing environment(swimwear products is preferred); Knowledge of various fabric testing and color testing methods.
Have management experience, including supervising and managing subordinate staff.
Good command of spoken English.
