Responsibilities
· Take own-initiative and work with sales to understand the existing and potential clients' profiles and requirements.
· Monitor production preparation and follow-up work with planning, account holder, and sub-material
purchasing.
· Order follow-up and monitor JO information.
· Work together with factory manager and production manager, to track production status and garment delivery.
· Ensure the effective and continuous communication with various parties in the Group. He/she should be the link between the factory and the outside world.
· Monitor customer claims and verify air-shipment (import material, and export garment) to report to management.
· Monitor the fabric inventory.
· Plan and control team manpower budgeting, recruit and train staff, manage administration. Develop working instructions and procedures, manage and monitor the application.
Qualifications
Academic Background: University degree
Working Experience: 5-year experience in order control
English (Written & Spoken).
Optional basic Cantonese and Chinese.
